Data Deletion Request

When you interact with our social accounts — for example, commenting on one of our Instagram posts or messaging us on Facebook Messenger — we receive your platform username and user ID, the content of your comment or message, and which post you engaged with, through Meta’s official APIs. We use this data only to reply to you and deliver what you requested.

You can have all of this removed at any time. Choose whichever is easiest:

Option 1 — Remove our app from your Facebook account

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Find “posting_app” in the list of apps
3. Click “Remove” next to it
4. Confirm the removal

This will prevent us from receiving any further data from your Facebook or Instagram account.

Option 2 — Request deletion directly from us

• Email cercie@swiftstream.ai with the subject line “Data deletion” and include the Instagram or Facebook username you used.
• Or reply “delete my data” to any direct message we send you.

We will permanently delete all records associated with your account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

All data we received through Meta’s APIs about your account, including: your platform username and user ID, all message content, comment content, and any engagement data. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
