SwiftStream LLC (“SwiftStream,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is an operations and AI consultancy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (swiftstream.ai), our forms and booking tools, our email, and our messaging on social platforms. By interacting with us through any of these, you agree to this policy.

We collect only what you give us or generate by interacting with us:

• Information you provide directly — when you fill out a form, book a call, subscribe, or email us: your name, email address, business details, and anything else you choose to send.
• Messages and comments on social platforms — when you comment on or message our accounts: your platform username and user ID, the content of your comments and messages, and which post you engaged with. We use the platform’s official APIs in accordance with the platform’s terms.
• Information you give in conversation — if you opt in to a free resource or ask us to follow up, the contact details (such as name and email) you share.
• Limited technical information — basic, non-identifying data our website and hosting providers generate to keep the site secure and working (for example, general usage and error logs).

We do not collect your passwords or payment card numbers, we do not access more of your social account than the interactions above, and we do not buy or scrape contact lists.

• To respond to you, deliver resources you requested, and provide the services you asked for.
• To send follow-up messages and emails related to what you opted into.
• To understand which content and conversations are helpful, so we can improve what we make.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not use your information for any purpose incompatible with this policy, and we do not sell your personal information.

When you interact with us on Instagram, we receive and use data through the Instagram Graph API in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use it only to reply to you, deliver what you requested, and follow up. All conversations are initiated by you; we do not message people who have not contacted us first.

Your information is stored in our own secured database and infrastructure, accessible only to SwiftStream. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, and then delete or anonymize it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting, database, and email providers), and only as needed to deliver the service.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. To request deletion, email cercie@swiftstream.ai or message us on the platform you contacted us through with “delete my data.” We will remove your information from our systems promptly. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by telling us to stop or unsubscribing.

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
