Terms of Service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, content, free resources, and services provided by SwiftStream LLC (“SwiftStream,” “we,” “us”). By using our website, messaging us, or requesting a resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. What we provide

We provide operations and AI consulting, educational content, and free resources, and we communicate with people who reach out to us. Content and resources are provided for general informational purposes and may change at any time.

3. Free resources and content

When we share a free resource (a guide, template, prompt, or similar), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell it, claim it as your own, or redistribute it as a standalone product. Our content, branding, and materials remain our property.

4. Communications and consent

If you message us, comment on our posts, or give us your contact details, you agree that we may reply and follow up about what you opted into, by direct message or email. You can opt out at any time by telling us to stop or by unsubscribing. We do not message people who have not contacted us first. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to misuse them — including not attempting to disrupt the service, scrape data, impersonate others, or infringe anyone’s rights.

6. No guarantees

Our content and resources are educational and provided “as is.” We share what has worked for us and our clients, but we do not guarantee specific results, and nothing here is legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you apply it.

7. Third-party services

We use and link to third-party platforms (such as Instagram, Meta, hosting, and email providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftStream LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, content, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in question.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
